When Jacob joined The Romans as our first-ever designer, he didn’t just step into the role, he owned it. He brought a no-nonsense, fresh approach to what design can and should do in PR. His work wins business. In the past year alone, his design and craft has been singled out by clients in some of our PR biggest wins. He creates bespoke visuals that make every idea feel like its own brand. It’s bold, memorable, and exactly what clients love. Beyond the work itself, Jacob’s helped shape our creative culture. He’s made us think bigger, work smarter, and understand the power of design to tell stories. Oh, and he was just named Roman of the Year. Ultimately, Jacob hasn’t just made design part of PR. He’s made it essential and is now focussing on building, nurturing and continuing to grow his own design time - and all within his first three years of his career.
