Sara’s bold vision, courage to implement change and commitment to excellence have redefined what it means to be a PR leader. Growing the PR practice from a team of three consultants in 2019 to a practice of 35 today, Sara achieved a 25% revenue increase and an increasingly international client base. This is a testament to her ability to deliver exceptional results for clients and her transformative business acumen. Sara has led international and award-winning communications campaigns, holding some client relationships for almost a decade. Always striving for new heights, she pushes the team to be creative and never rest on their laurels. Her excellence was recognised when she was the youngest non-founder appointed to Chair the Global Communication Alliance, an international network of independent agencies, successfully implementing programmes to enhance global best practice and client referrals. Sara has also worked hard to make the PR industry a more inclusive place, founding PLMR’s first DEI working group, launching internal affinity groups, and partnering with the Taylor Bennett Foundation to provide paid internships and mentorship opportunities, resulting in a 133% increase in BAME staff at PLMR. By virtue of her passion for inclusivity, Sara has given courage to all colleagues at PLMR to know they can be who they are at work. Sara’s journey from junior consultant to Board Member in under a decade reflects her relentless drive, emotional intelligence, and passion for client and colleague success, cementing her status as a PR trailblazer and future titan of our industry.
