Sam is Co-CEO of independent PR and social media agency, Tangerine Communications. In a career spanning 25 years, Sam has advised brands and business leaders in UK and international markets on corporate and B2B communications strategies that drive business growth, navigate change and achieve superbrand status. Sam has driven the growth and development of Tangerine for the past 12 years and lead the agency to become one of the largest and most innovative independent agencies in the UK. Working with established global brands and disruptive market leaders like Specsavers, Iceland Foods, Essity, Topcon and PPG, Tangerine has become a category-changemaker in the world of PR and social media, and was recently named Campaign's Global Independent Agency of the year. As an employee-owned business currently employing 100+ people, culture and EVP is at the heart of the agency's commitment to creating a great place to work that nurtures talent and creates the future rockstars of the industry. Sam also co-founded the Juice Academy, the UK's first social media apprenticeship, which has helped to create over 700 jobs for young people entering the industry from diverse backgrounds.
