Propeller’s internship programme is one of the jewels in our crown and something which we are incredibly proud of. The programme has developed team members who have gone on to senior management positions within the agency, as well as some of our best and brightest employees who showcase their diverse talents on a daily basis. Of our current staff, seven started at Propeller as interns or apprentices.

Our internship programme has evolved over the years but the intention has always been the same - to provide experience and inspiration for someone starting out in PR with the aim of being able to hire them as the newest Propeller team member at the end of the process. As we’ve grown and evolved as an agency and the world of work has changed post Covid we’ve been more thoughtful and purposeful about our scheme, ensuring that we are attracting a diverse cohort and that they have the appropriate support to prosper in a hybrid working environment. Our success rate with hiring and then retaining our interns in the business has been excellent, with the average intern remaining with the business for five and a half years. With many rising to senior management roles. Our interns and former interns help to imbue Propeller with its culture and play a huge role in our growth, role in the industry and general success.
