The People & Places Awards 2025 is a celebration of the leaders, teams, and workplaces shaping the future of communications across the UK and Europe. A fresh initiative from PRWeek, these awards highlight the individuals and organisations driving innovation, collaboration, and positive change within the industry.


This year, we’ve been thrilled to receive an incredible number of entries, each reflecting the passion and impact of those dedicated to transforming the communications landscape. 

With entries now closed, our panel of esteemed industry experts is diligently reviewing submissions to identify the standout talent and organisations of the year.

The shortlist will be revealed in February, showcasing the best of the best across 26 categories, from emerging talent to established leaders, and from specialist roles to top-performing organisations. Winners will be honoured on Tuesday, 29 April at the Ham Yard Hotel—a night set to celebrate those making a lasting impact on the communications industry.

There are 26 categories to choose from which cover the scope of this industry. Including, people categories looking at newcomers and leaders, along with specialist and organisation categories. 


PEOPLE CATEGORIES

These categories provide a great way to celebrate the top talent in PR agencies and in-house roles, highlighting the creativity and skill that drives our industry.

Just like the iconic PRWeek 30 Under 30 winners, being selected will align your name with some of the brightest stars in PR.

For each category, up to 5 winners will be chosen. The winners from the People categories will make up a curated list that will be featured in an exclusive editorial announcement published by PRWeek.

GOLD CATEGORIES

These categories seek to celebrate employers that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, employee engagement, and commitment to creating a workplace that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Entries are open to any agencies or in-house teams operating within Europe. Entries should focus on the last 2 years and can include any ongoing activity. Organisations may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others and may enter any number of times.


Gold: Large Consultancy (100+ employees)

Gold: Mid-Size Consultancy (30 to 99 employees)

Gold: Small Consultancy (2-29 employees)

Gold: In-House – Private Sector

Gold: In-House – Public Sector


SPECIALISTS CATEGORIES

These questions focus on a specific pillar of culture. Agencies and in-house teams must enter a Gold category in order to enter a Specialist category.


The entry process for these categories will be via an online application form. The entry process is quick and simple, with specific questions for each category.
