Kat leads the development and delivery of strategy across Golin London, shaping how clients build earned-first platforms that drive reputation, relevance and growth. Her remit spans editorial media, social, influencer and creator ecosystems, and community relations‚ alongside helping teams and clients navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. With over 25 years' experience in communications and brand strategy, Kat has created and guided award-winning work, including Cannes Lions-winning campaigns such as Specsavers Audiology. She also played a key role in establishing two of the UK's most recognisable government behaviour-change brands‚ Stoptober and Change4Life‚ providing the earned strategy that helped them cut through and mobilise public action at scale. Kat has worked extensively across the charity and purpose sector, developing partnerships for Comic Relief and (RED), representing the White Ribbon Alliance at Davos, and supporting community-led initiatives such as parkrun. Kat's strengths include her breadth of sector experience, her ability to build earned strategies that travel across channels and cultures, (including navigating the AI/ LLM landscape) and her collaborative approach to turning insight into action. She is an member of the RSA, a WACL member and mentor and has also mentored as part of the NABS Fast Forward training initiative.
