Adaora Geiger

Adaora is Partner and COO at H/Advisors Maitland, part of Havas. Since joining in 2017, she has built the firm's Transformation & Change practice into a thriving specialism delivering strategic internal communications for some of the world's largest companies and most well-known brands. Her work combines strategic brilliance with measurable impact. She has partnered with Amazon on numerous briefs, from developing an innovative communication measurement framework, to strategy development and leadership alignment. She led strategic communications on the Boehringer Ingelheim "Our Behaviors" campaign as part of a cross-agency Havas team, embedding new behaviours across their global workforce, achieving what the client called "the best launch and project rollout we've seen in years." With Reckitt, she has delivered transformation through strategic reorganisation, crisis management, and strategy launches. A key strength lies in developing deep, trusted client relationships, while championing integrated communications that connect internal and external stakeholder engagement. Beyond client delivery, Adaora has shaped H/Advisors Maitland's trajectory. As COO, she professionalises operations, systems, and processes. She led the firm's vision, mission, and values refresh and launched internal awards to recognise colleagues who exemplify these values. Within Havas, she champions integration efforts building cross-functional teams that meet client needs with agility and impact. Her commitment to developing talent is evident in line managing the firm’s Associate Partners, with multiple promotions to Partner level. She extends this dedication industry-wide: teaching Leadership Communications for the PRCA, speaking at industry events, and co-founding Maitland Women to create an infrastructure for women's professional development in communications.
