Matt is a multi-award winning inclusive leader with over 21 years of experience in the marketing sector. He is currently the Director of Inclusion and Impact at Ogilvy UK, the world's largest and most creatively recognised creative agencies that spans PR social and Influence, advertising brand and Content, health, and consulting. 

He is a non-executive director of Outvertising, a CIC that aims to ensure brands and their creative and media partners are fully LGBTQ+ inclusive in their workplaces and in their ads. 

Matt was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of charity Survivors UK.
