What's the difference between being a 'People Star' and a 'Gold Winner'?
The PRWeek People Stars list is a prestigious group of up outstanding individuals in each of the three main categories. From this elite list, a single Gold winner will be selected for each of the twelve sub-categories and celebrated on the awards night.
This means that 12 of the individuals on the list will have the honour of receiving a Gold award.
Will everyone on the list win a Gold award?
No. All PRWeek People Stars will be featured in a dedicated profile on PRWeek.co.uk.
At the awards event, one exceptional Gold winner will be announced from each of the twelve sub-categories, representing the pinnacle of achievement in their field.
How many people will make the list?
Our judges will select individuals for each of the three main experience categories. The final number of People Stars will be revealed in due course.
Who can submit an entry?
- Industry Newcomer (less than 3 years’ experience): Entries must be submitted by a nominator, such as a line manager. Nominees cannot submit their own entries.
- Less than 10 Years Experience: Similar to the Newcomer category, entries must be submitted by a nominator. Nominees cannot submit their own entries.
- Over 10 Years Experience: This one is for you. Entries can be submitted by either a nominator or by the nominee themselves.
