Stacie Graham

Dr. Graham is Managing Director, Social Impact at Burson, where she helps clients transform authentic purpose into measurable business value and competitive advantage. Previously serving as WPP's first Human Rights Officer and Global Director of WPP's Racial Equity Programme, she led the delivery of a groundbreaking $30 million commitment, advancing racial equity through strategic investments and inclusion programs with measurable impact. 

Before joining WPP, Dr. Graham built a sought-after independent consultancy practice, advising organisations from tech startups to healthcare charities on strategy, multicultural engagement, and business transformation. 

She holds an MS in Economics and a doctorate in Psychology (specializing in leadership behaviour and human motivation) from German universities. 

Dr. Graham is also author of Yoga as Resistance: Equity and Inclusion On and Off the Mat (Watkins Publishing, 2022).
