Food Sustainability:

Shining a light on sustainability this year, we have chosen a vegetarian and vegan menu for the Awards menu.

Not only are we reducing our carbon footprint by keeping the food miles down, we have chosen a locally sourced, seasonal vegetarian menu.

A win-win.

If you do have an allergy or intolerance please inform a member of staff before you consume any food or drink who will do their best

to advise you or ask for the advice of the Chef.

Travel

In order to comply with our ISO/Trace accreditations, we ask that any and all attendees travel to and from the event using public

transport in order to save on emissions
