Advika Reddy’s journey into PR is a powerful testament to resilience, ambition, and a thirst for learning. Originally from India, she moved to London three years ago to pursue food journalism. With a Master’s in Arts and Lifestyle Journalism from UAL, Advika wrote for publications like Eater Magazine and The Daily Express, sharpening her media skills and developing an interest in PR. Despite being told in a PR internship that the industry wasn’t one for her, she refused to be discouraged. She joined Full Fat in August 2023 and within a year, she earned a swift promotion to Senior Account Executive. Since joining Full Fat, Advika has made an undeniable impact, securing top-tier coverage and industry connections, directly contributing to the agency’s record-breaking revenue and growth in 2023/24. She’s delivered strategic media partnerships and achieved outstanding coverage for clients like Azar, Puttshack, Burger & Lobster, Black Young Professionals Network, Sziget Festival and more in The Guardian, Metro, Sheerluxe, Business Leader, Charity Digital, etc. Advika’s dedication to diversity and inclusion is at the heart of her work. As an active member of Full Fat’s DEI Committee, she’s championed inclusive client onboarding and delivered pro bono PR for organisations like Queer Britain. She mentors individuals from disadvantaged and immigrant backgrounds and her impactful talks at colleges and webinars for Founders4Schools showcase her commitment to inspiring the next generation. Through her passion for continuous growth and advocacy for inclusion, she is driving real change in the UK’s PR industry, positioning her for a future of remarkable impact and leadership.
