Aspectus Group

Aspectus Group operates a transparent, fair and outcomes-led approach to reward and benefits, designed to support progression, retention and long-term organisational health.

In a challenging market where many agencies paused progression or reduced benefits, Aspectus chose to continue investing. In FY2025, 80% of UK employees received a pay rise, with an average increase of 11%. During the same period, 71% of employees were promoted, and the average time to first promotion was just 12 months. These outcomes reflect a deliberate commitment to internal development rather than reliance on external hiring.

Our reward framework is governed centrally to ensure consistency, internal equity and clarity across roles, teams and seniority levels. Entry-level salaries range from £24,000 to £28,000, with structured progression pathways communicated from the outset. While we do not operate a formal external benchmarking cycle, remuneration decisions are informed by role scope, performance, internal equity and market awareness.

Benefits are practical, inclusive and widely used. Ninety percent of employees accessed at least one wellbeing or life benefit last year, including Life Support Days, sabbaticals and flexible working. In total, 151 Life Support Days were taken, demonstrating that benefits are lived rather than symbolic.

Crucially, reward at Aspectus reinforces behaviours that underpin commercial success. We recognise collaboration, leadership and client retention alongside performance. The result is a stable, motivated workforce delivering consistently high-quality work for long-term clients.
