Aspectus Group

Commercial success and a strong people culture are not competing priorities; they are mutually reinforcing.

In a period of sustained volatility, we have continued to invest in our people, prioritising wellbeing, flexibility, progression and fair reward while maintaining growth, retention and profitability.

Our culture is based robust kindness, anchored by our values excellence, connection, vison and commitment. They shape how we design policies, train managers, reward performance and support people through life’s most challenging moments. From industry-leading parental and bereavement policies to a company-wide mental health infrastructure and meaningful flexibility, we focus on practical, lived support.

Average length of service is over five years, internal mobility is actively encouraged, with employees moving across disciplines, functions and geographies. Our voluntary attrition rate last year was 15%, reflecting a healthy, dynamic organisation. Importantly, 100% of employees returning from maternity or parental leave over the past five years have remained with the business.

In the fy2025, 80% of UK employees received a pay rise, with an average increase of 11%. 71% of employees were promoted, with an average time to first promotion of just 12 months. 90% of employees accessed at least one wellbeing or life benefit last year, including Life Support Days, sabbaticals and flexible working. In total, 151 Life Support Days were taken.

Crucially, our people strategy is commercially grounded. We train for impact, reward behaviours that drive client retention and collaboration, and equip managers to lead. Aspectus is proof that a people-first culture, when taken seriously is a strategic advantage.
