After achieving an 11% annual revenue increase - currently tracking at 90% of 2024 annual growth target of £3.65 million for our financial year (Jan24-Dec24); committed revenue was 12% uplift from the previous year. We saw 2024 as an opportunity for self-reflection; a trigger to reset and redefine ourselves in a crowded and rapidly evolving marketplace. Involving our team, we embarked on significant projects: becoming an Employee-Owned-Trust, championing and cultivating the next generation of talent, investment in our values and culture, a visual brand update, and a re-shuffle to allow our team to work in their areas of passion. It became clear that success means more than just winning the next pitch. The success of our agency is built on the quality we deliver to our clients, the happiness and fulfillment of our team, and our ability to influence and impact outcomes for the world around us.
