As an agency we listen and take action. And we seek feedback every day. Our company values run through everything we do (including our performance reviews). These values of ambition, integrity, commitment, mutual respect and enjoyment are discussed with staff in focus groups and Q&A sessions with the Co-Founders at least every six months to make sure everyone has the opportunity to raise any areas where they think we are falling short.

Brands2Life became an employee-owned trust (EOT) in 2020 – the largest in the UK PR industry - with a majority of the agency’s shares held on behalf of all its staff.

The benefits of the EOT really came to fruition for all our staff with the acquisition of Brands2Life by Paritee in December 2023, with all staff, who had been with the business more than eight months, receiving, on average, a year’s salary (half upfront, half based on future agency performance).

Under Advance@brands2life, our career development and training programme, everyone has a set of competences for their job level and a set of annual goals. In the Autumn of 2025 we won both PR Week Large Agency of the Year and PRCA Large Agency of the Year in recognition of our outstanding achievements as an agency
