Forster was created to bring sustainability into the heart of PR. Our purpose is to use communications to tackle climate change, drive social justice and improve lives. This commitment isn't a passive statement; it's a relentless drive to push boundaries and challenge ourselves and those we collaborate with. We turn our clients’ ambitions into action and set ourselves ambitious targets –including who we’ll work with up and down the supply chain.

We decline briefs and ask difficult questions when we think more can be done. All while tracking our own progress and reporting annually, including when we fail. We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken, and believe the results show our dedication: •A founding UK BCorp our recent recertification (131.1) puts us in the top 3% of companies •Through our Climate Positive Plan, we reduced GHG emissions per person by 26%, despite doubling our turnover in the same period •100% of our suppliers have GHG reduction targets. 20% are BCorps and 44% are Living Wage Campaign members. Every business we work with has set GHG reduction targets and two thirds are on an SBTi-approved, 1.5°C-aligned pathway •71% of staff have made sustainable lifestyle changes thanks to Forster •100% understand and can explain our purpose to others People and nature sit at the heart of our climate action plan and we currently developing an integrated profit and loss account that makes the value and impact we make on people, planet and nature the fundamental driver for how we run the business.
