We've gone way beyond perks. This year we structured our entire wellbeing approach around the HeadSpace Wellness Wheel, tackling physical health, financial wellness, nutrition, and purpose. We ensure engagement with policies like gender-neutral family support, women's and men's health, the Desk Break policy, and work from anywhere.
Our L&D strategy won SME of the Year at the British Training Awards - beating organizations outside our industry. This includes ongoing peer-level programmes, plus AI skills sessions, the Call My Agency game for understanding agency operations, and live briefs for upskilling on modern earned media ecosystems. Great leadership drives everything, which is why our line management program, Engage, remains core.
Inclusion is embedded across every business function and our six active Global Employee Resource Groups include paid chairs. Our BHM celebration has become an industry-wide gathering, this year joined by Black Unity Bicycle Club, food by Dorothy's Deli. Other partnerships include pro bono for Foundation for Change and LifeLine The Musical, and support for Whataboutisms, Black Comms Network, and BHF.
