Beyond that, we have a continuous learning culture including inspiration sessions, coaching, leadership programmes, DEI learning and all-agency upskilling in strategy and AI. We offer 60+ hours of learning to our team every year and we know it works – tracking quantitative and qualitative metrics to constantly evolving our approach, tracking our efficacy and continually develop.
