During a year of transformation, we put DEI front and centre of our business strategy– harnessing the power of diversity in terms of thought, expertise and experience to service of our vast range of clients. Our commitment to DEI has been the bedrock of a transformative year that has shaped our work with clients old and new; helping us to deliver work that inspires and motivates, to bridge the diversity gap, remove barriers, increase representation and empower individuals. Our desire to create an equitable agency has forged several pioneering partnerships. We are a founding corporate partner of Global Purpose Enterprise, a mentorship programme available for under-represented talent in our agency and we are a founding member of PR Mums. Our apprenticeship scheme launched with Creative Access aims to nurture diverse talent, and every line manager has enrolled in baby loss awareness training by Tommy's, the leading baby loss and pregnancy charity. We are proud to have launched five new Employee Resource Groups from diverse backgrounds, experiences, races, sexualities and neurodivergent traits. These groups cover LGBT+, Parenting, Wellbeing and Mental Health, People of Colour, Faith and Women’s Network. Our ERGs help shape our policy and partnerships decisions – such as a new set of industry-leading benefits being launched across the agency this year, helping us to attract and retain the best industry talent.
