Lianna McLean

Earnies

Senior Account Manager

In the past five months, Lianna 1. Changed a LAW. Lianna spearheaded the campaign Killed Here, for charity Killed Women. Resulting in a 466M reach. It raised the profile of the charity’s founders - mothers who lost daughters to domestic homicide- getting them on the 2024 Honours List. Most significantly, her work catalysed a change in the law, increasing the minimum sentence for strangulation by a partner from 15 to 25 years. 2. Championed THE NORTH. PR has got a RP* problem. Lianna believes PRs must stop referring to non-Londoners as ‘regional folk’.Determined to pave a more inclusive path for people to get into PR, she’s spearheading a drive at Earnies to recruit more r.f.’s., delivering talks across ‘The North’ on how to break into (a pretty posh) industry. *Received Pronunciation… 3. Brought home the BUSINESS. How many SAM’s can say that they’ve just won £100,000 worth of business for 2025? Lianna can. And we don’t mean pretend leading, we mean proper leading. The CD and Founder weren’t even in the pitch. Knocking YO! Sushi’s socks off. 4. Championed FEMALE LEADERSHIP Lianna secured three incredible speakers for 3 Good Things: a women’s leadership event featuring three inspiring guests, three questions and a whole host of opportunities. The event SOLD OUT. 5. Kept the SHOW on the ROAD Within 10 months, she’s done 43,000 pitches. Not kidding. Performing the roles of: head of new biz, head of strat, and S.A.M., whilst remaining cool as a cucumber.
