MSL has partnered with You Collective, launching a 12-month programme for the agency to drive meaningful change.The executive board is undergoing a 7-month intensive training program to lead the change. With 46% ethnic representation, MSL have invested £40k to understand the lived experiences of our Black employees and Employees of Colour, to upskill and to foster an open dialogue and an inclusive environment.Demonstrating their long-term commitment to breaking systemic barriers and building an equitable workplace. Recognising the intersectionality of race with other factors, MSL aims to address the unique experiences of individuals with multiple marginalised identities. Other initiatives include: -Breaking down recruitment barriers:MSL partners with organisations such as 55Redefined, 10,000 Foundation and Autism Forward to ensure access to a diverse talent pool. -Championing female leadership:MSL’s female CEO drives Publicis Groupe's women’s initiatives.The Viva Women! programme empowers female employees, and the agency boasts 60% female representation on the MSL Board. -Prioritising employee well-being:MSL offers enhanced leave policies and comprehensive support to ensure employees feel supported at all stages of life, including enhanced parental leave, fertility treatment benefits and carers leave. These initiatives have resulted in a workforce that is 75% female, with 30% of leadership roles held by individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. MSL’s commitment to DE&I is a core value, driving tangible change and setting a new standard for equity and inclusion in the industry.
