Propeller


We are great believers in home-grown talent. In fact, of our associate director level, all but one have progressed through the business from junior levels. In 2022 in order to maintain this talent pipeline as the agency grew, we created the Propeller Academy to formalise our in-house training and understand the needs of our team.

The Academy covers technical skills and softer skills such as client handing and includes sessions from both internal and external trainers. In addition we support this training with targeted PRCA training alongside other external sessions with NABS and the IAB. In total Propeller team members have taken part in 55 training sessions in 2025.

We recognise that formal training isn’t the answer to all staff development and also empower line managers and senior team members to coach and support their team members one to one. We prioritise training and mentoring for line managers to enable them to support in turn.

Training and coaching means little without progression - and here we’ve succeeded with 19 employees promoted so far this year.
