We operate a flexible working policy with staff asked to be based in our office for ‘8 days a month’, the rest of their time can be spent working from home or another location of their choice. Our standard closing time on Fridays is 4pm, in addition our ‘Early Friday finish’ policy allows staff to stop work at 1pm on Fridays during the summer months of June, July and August. Throughout the rest of the year staff can also take one early Friday finish at 1pm every month. We offer a ‘1-month Paid Sabbatical’ to all staff every four years, on top of their regular 30-day annual holiday allowance, which 14 team members have taken in the past three years. We also have an annual ‘Work from Anywhere for a Month’ policy, which has been used by 15 team members over the past three years to work from locations including Sydney, Lagos, Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin and Amsterdam. Working parents can also choose to ‘Work from Home for August’ to cover childcare responsibilities over the school holidays. The annual Propeller bonus scheme rewards staff financially for their involvement in new business, client upselling and client retention. We also provide a comprehensive health insurance plan from Vitality; a monthly £10 wellbeing allowance; enhanced parental leave and a pension scheme with 3% monthly salary equivalent employer.
