We know our people are our greatest asset, so we work hard to develop and retain talent through a progressive and generous set of rewards and benefits.

We operate a popular flexible working policy after consultation with teams post-pandemic and now staff are asked to be office-based for ‘8 days a month’, otherwise we are happy with WFH or elsewhere. Our standard Friday finishing time is 4pm and our summer ‘Early Friday finish’ policy allows staff to stop work at 1pm every week during June, July and August. For the rest of the year staff are granted one early Friday finish each month.

We offer a ‘1-month Paid Sabbatical’ to all staff every four years, on top of their regular 30-day annual holiday allowance and we have an annual ‘Work from Anywhere for a Month’ policy, which allows staff to work abroad. Working parents can also choose to ‘Work from Home over the school holidays’ to cover childcare responsibilities.

In terms of incentives, the annual Propeller bonus scheme rewards staff financially for their involvement in new business, client upselling and client retention.

We also provide a comprehensive health insurance plan from Vitality; a monthly £10 wellbeing allowance and enhanced parental leave.

One of our key strengths is our strong culture and benefits that contribute to feeling part of a shared community include celebrating significant birthdays and work anniversaries with company-financed social outings. We continue to invest in an annual summer and Christmas party for our 50 plus staff.
