Fully remote since 2005, The PR Network (PRN) is the world’s first virtual PR agency. Created by two female founders, our ‘Family-First’ ethos has seen us flourish into a £4.5m+ business - running campaigns in more than 60 countries through a network of over 1,400 senior PR consultants, all managed by our team of directors working from home in the UK.

The success of our innovative model is reflected in our client retention rate, with leading brands such as Toyota/Lexus, Workday, Beyond Meat, Zipcar and Dropbox working with the agency for over five years. This includes our two largest clients by fee income (Workday and WDC - both seven figure accounts). Our pioneering approach means we have an exceptional staff retention rate too - our average staff tenure is 9.5 years. The secret to our success is trust. Giving our team all the training, tools and support they need to succeed, we trust them to deliver - managing their work around their lives as they need to. We have team members who jobshare, some who are part-time and others on condensed hours. None of this flexibility has diminished our potential. We’ve nearly doubled our turnover in the last five years without compromising on our vision of a more equitable PR industry.
