We pride ourselves on our people-first culture and that means that we prioritise our team’s health and wellbeing over everything else, including profits. The introduction of the four-day working week three years ago has done tremendous things for every member of our team, 88% of whom in a recent survey, agreed it had benefited their mental health and wellbeing in and outside of the office.

If it wasn’t for our founder, whose ambition was to readdress the narrative for agency work-life balance we wouldn’t be in this unique situation. Offering the benefit is however just one part of the story. The only way to show the extent to which it can enrich your life is to lead by example and that means making sure everyone - from the founder of the company to those entering the workforce, trials the benefit. We also invest time into planning agency resources because we believe it’s important to monitor everyone’s workloads on an ongoing basis. When it becomes apparent that a member of the team is going to be stretched we bring in additional support. In an ever-changing working world, we are committed to continuously reviewing and adapting our mental health and well-being policies to ensure we provide the best care for our team because we are only ever as good as our people.
