Following our runner-up status for PRWeek’s People & Places Mental Health Champion last year, we have formalised our commitment through a dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy and the training of three internal MHFA Champions. We proactively manage workloads via a Global Capacity Planner and an unlimited PTO policy to prevent burnout, while TOIL ensures recovery is a built-in requirement following high-intensity periods i.e. when our team is onsite for an esports tournament or expo.
Through partnerships with Safe in Our World and the Level Up network, our managers are equipped to recognise warning signs of struggle early and implement tailored support roadmaps. These responses are specific to the individual, ranging from adjusted deadlines to significant changes like transitioning full-time staff to part-time roles during recovery. We further protect our team through an ethical opt-out policy for any account or travel that conflicts with personal beliefs, accommodating these needs wherever possible.
