Victoria (Tory) has achieved significant milestones in her career, including leading major campaigns and driving impactful initiatives. Since joining Hawthorn in 2016, one of Tory’s standout accomplishments has been spearheading communications for The Alison Rose Review for Female Entrepreneurship, which launched the 2023 Rose Review Progress Report. This multi-channel strategy resulted in 1,000+ media mentions, 240+ investment initiative signatories and an engaged network of 650 stakeholders, making the findings a key reference in the media. Yet, beyond her role, Tory has contributed greatly to Hawthorn by championing flexible working, driving training initiatives, and mentoring colleagues. She has also supported her own residential community in navigating the UK cladding scandal. Her strong influence, industry contribution and leadership make her a standout candidate for this award.
