WDM Entertainment is an independent communications agency working exclusively in entertainment and arts, in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Despite changes at board level, ​​over the past three years we've achieved an average 25% year on year revenue growth; our client base has grown by 43% and our headcount has increased by 70%, all whilst continuing to be 100% employee owned. We have minimal employee turnover: a strong representation of staff satisfaction.

As an all-female company, with 39% of our workforce mothers, flexible working and parental support are fundamental to how WDM operates. Uniquely we offer: enhanced statutory maternity pay, financial support for fertility treatment and are enrolled in the Workplace Nursery Scheme, providing discounts on childcare costs.
