Diversity is not a side initiative for us. It is built into how we hire, because it directly affects the quality of work we deliver. Our clients and audiences are not homogeneous, so our team cannot be. Because leadership is diverse, our networks and referrals are naturally broader, changing the candidate pool and who feels welcome to apply. The outcome is a team that is majority women and majority Black, which is not typical within the wider PR landscape. We have built a business where women and Black professionals are not the exception, but the leadership and the engine of delivery. We have removed structural barriers through a remote first model, we recruit beyond traditional pipelines, and we give underrepresented talent genuine strategic authority. Representation shapes who is recognised as an expert and who gets an opportunity. Our team makes that visibility real, and it strengthens the work we produce for clients.
